About Us

“Call The Plumbing Doctor Inc.” was established in 1994 by Kelly Vaillancourt. The business name was the brain-wave of his wife, Christina. 

Kelly apprenticed under his uncle and after gaining much required experience and knowledge, he opened shop in his parent's basement. With the help and support of his mom, dad, sister and wife, his business quickly grew and he moved operations to an industrial unit in Oshawa. Now, over 25 years later, he employs 13 people and provides a multitude of services. The business continues to be a family operation. Kelly’s oldest son, Garrett, joined the team in January 2020 as an apprentice, Kelly's youngest son Logan, works as a plumber's helper during the summer season and Kelly’s wife Christina works in the background helping with day-to-day operations

Over the years, Kelly found that the plumbing and drain work that he was performing was tied into problems with wet basements. So, in 2001, Kelly expanded operations to include “Call The Foundation Doctor Inc.”, a full service Foundation drainage and waterproofing company.
